Grupo Segrove officially began its operations in Guaymas, Sonora, Mexico in 1950. The Group was the
creation of Mr. Daniel Pérez, who envisaged a network of companies that could provide a variety of international
and domestic logistic services to the client all under one roof.

Segrove has a strong network of Mexican trucking companies throughout the Republic. These ties mean that Segrove
can provide domestic trucking to their international clients. A full range of domestic transportation is Offered including
FTL freight, LTL freight, flat bed trucking, heavy equipment hauling, and specialized freight moves.
One of Segrove's most extensive value-added services is its warehousing and distribution capabilities.

Warehousing services are available in Mexico City (10,769.9 ft2); Nogales, Arizona (9,600 ft2); Monterrey (62,430.62 ft2)
and Laredo,Tx (132,998.75 ft2).
The Laredo facility offers the most extensive variety of services. Boasting 80,000 square feet of space and an electronic security system,
the facility is quite modern. It also has foreign trade zone (FTZ) certification. This means that CFS ocean freight destined for the Republic
can be consolidated and forwarded to Laredo for de-consolidation and ultimate distribution to the inland point(s) in Mexico.
Segrove's ocean and airfreight services are second to none. They include cargo consolidation and import deconsolidation, export IATA,
merchandise storage and distribution, and a complete door-to-door service that compliments the ground transport of goods.
Segrove's main air gateways include the international airports at Mexico City, Monterrey, and Guadalajara. Different levels of air service
include everything from "rush" or "immediate delivery" shipments to two-day air service.
In sea freight, Segrove offers both LCL and FCL moves, import deconsolidation, breakbulk, merchandise storage and distribution,
and special projects. The main ports of operation include Altamira (Tampico), Veracruz, Manzanillo, and Lazaro Cardenas.
The organization offers a wide array of FTL/LTL transport services. Those services include the transport of ground freight. Stripping,
reloading, import deconsolidation, small LTL overland truck moves to oversize cargo, hazardous moves, and specialized "sensitive" cargo moves are included.
The Group has access to a variety of transportation equipment to ensure the safe transit of the shipment.
Consolidation services are carefully coordinated by the Segrove group. Extensive warehouse operations make consolidation possible.
Every shipment is tracked and traced to its final destination.
Segrove offers a combined approximate 180,000 sq. ft. of warehousing space. This capacity allows the Group to consolidate outbound
and inbound shipments at a number of different locations.
Coordinate the optimal functioning of the procedures associated with the crossing of shipments such as the integration of motions and documents for shipment to cross,
clearance of goods in recognition, transit shipment of warehouse-custom-transport lines as well as forwarding of them to final destination.

Segrove offers ocean vessel husbandry at the ports of Veracruz, Lazaro Cardenas, Manzanillo, and Guaymas.
Should a client require a charter vessel, Segrove is well versed in all the necessary procedures for arranging a full of part charter service
Segrove's outsourcing service was developed from the needs of the group's clients to improve productivity and minimize
costs in certain administrative and operational activities that are not directly a part of client's specialty or industry.
This service is basically offered in the areas of traffic and customs.
Segrove's consultancy service has grown at the request of our clients.
The service includes a full, on-site training program specifically tailored to meet the customer's requirements. It also includes a full
evaluation of the client's existing program, whereby professionals from the Segrove organization having extensive experience in specialized
program development review the current client processes and make cost and efficiency recommendations for improving the existing operation.
The consultancy program is one of the most beneficial and all-encompassing services offered by the Group.
Permits and licensing:
Many products transported in or out of Mexico require that the importer or exporter have a special license prior to moving the freight.
Segrove's offices in Mexico City and Laredo, Texas offer a special service to customers who must acquire their permits.
As a consultant to its customers, Segrove will not only advise the client on what is required to obtain the necessary licenses, but will also acquire them on behalf of the requesting organization.
Maquiladora management:
Segrove offers maquiladora management for its clients. Segrove will handle and coordinate all of the regulatory details involved with reporting,
permits, and licensing under MAQUILA or PITEX programs.

Segrove implement the antiterrorism and security program, including in its internal policies
the requirements related to hiring personnel, facilities access controls, drug tests and closed
circuit monitoring to ensure the facility and shipment integrity, to act into preventing mode
to avoid any illicit incident.
Segrove had been authorized for the hazardous material manipulation inside of Laredo warehouse, and for its
ground transportation, its control is performed by certified personnel, including the documentation, and monitoring
during its transit.
Segrove are a Food Grade registered with the FDA, Laredo warehouse has been a proud participant of AIB, Consolidated standards for Food Safety
since the year 2007, it have maintained continuous level and currently hold an AIB rating required by our Customers, this score is important to
our food and non-food customers as it assures our facility is clean, orderly, procedural and maintains a high integrity.
To offer advantages that distinguish us from the rest, we improve the various aspects related to the handling of
